Girls' Brigade
Tuesdays, term time. From 6pm. Age 4+
Girls' Brigade is a Christian youth organisation for girls and young women, helping them explore faith, build confidence, and develop life skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Through games, creativity, badges, and shared experiences, girls are encouraged to be themselves, try new things, and discover their gifts—knowing they are valued, loved, and welcome just as they are.

Cuppa and Chat
1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 2-4pm
Cuppa and Chat is a relaxed, friendly space to enjoy a cup of coffee, a chat, and good company at Cornerstone Methodist Church.
Drop in for conversation, games, or to borrow a book — no pressure, no agenda, just a warm welcome.
Boys' Brigade
Thursdays, term time. From 6:30pm
The Boys' Brigade is a Christian youth organisation for boys and young people, offering fun, adventure, and opportunities to grow in confidence, skills, and character.
Through games, challenges, teamwork, and shared experiences, young people are encouraged to try new things, build friendships, and explore faith in a supportive, welcoming environment at Cornerstone Methodist Church.

Saturday Chatty Cafe
4th Saturday of each month. 10am - 12 noon
The Chatty Café Scheme helps bring people together through simple conversation and a shared cup of tea or coffee. If you’re feeling at a loose end, new to the area, or just fancy a friendly chat, you’re very welcome to come and sit at our Chatter & Natter table.
The table is hosted by a friendly volunteer, making it easy to join in and connect with others — no need to book, just drop in.
First Sunday Breakfast Church
1st Sunday of the month. 9:30am for families.
Breakfast Church is a relaxed, once-a-month Sunday morning gathering where we share breakfast together, hear a short story, and enjoy simple crafts and activities. It’s informal, welcoming, and designed with families and children in mind — though everyone is very welcome.
This is church done differently: unhurried, creative, and centred around being together. Come as you are, eat together, wonder together, and enjoy a gentler start to Sunday.
New Generation Youth Group
4th Sunday of the month, 5pm-7.30pm. Ages 10-16
Our cross-circuit youth group moves around the circuit each week and meets at Cornerstone on the 4th Sunday. A safe and inclusive space for young people, supporting their personal and faith development, we cover topics they choose, including supporting mental health, making difficult decisions and managing exam pressures. We also spend lots of time just hanging out, playing games and eating together.
