Youth and Young Adults Ministry

Our youth and young adults ministry creates an inclusive space for teenagers and young adults to explore faith, ask real questions, and build meaningful connections in a supportive community. Through gatherings, activities, discussion, creativity, and shared experiences, we aim to offer a place where young people can be themselves, feel valued, and grow at their own pace.

Whether you’re confident in your faith, unsure, or just curious, you are welcome here. This is a community shaped by honesty, inclusion, and relationship — where doubts are taken seriously and everyone belongs.

New Generation Youth Group - 10-15s

Sundays 5.30pm-7.30pm

Our cross-circuit youth group moves around the circuit each week. A safe and inclusive space for young people, supporting their personal and faith development, we cover topics they choose, including supporting mental health, making difficult decisions and managing exam pressures. We also spend lots of time just hanging out, playing games and eating together.

1st Sunday of the month: Altrincham, including the first half of New Song Cafe (finished 7.45pm)
2nd Sunday of the month: Sevenways
3rd Sunday of the month: Altrincham, following Lego Church
4th Sunday of the month: Cornerstone

If there is a 5th Sunday, we have a social event or trip out

Cake and Jesus - 16-25s

Mondays 8pm-9.30pm, The Vine

Cake & Jesus is a relaxed group for young adults. We mostly hang out, do life together, play games, talk about faith when it feels helpful, and eat a worrying number of chocolate fingers. There’s no pressure to have the right answers or to be a certain kind of Christian. Whether faith is central, complicated, or still a question, you’re welcome to come as you are, bring your whole self, and find community.

Boys' and Girls' Brigades

The Girls' Brigade and The Boys' Brigade are long-established Christian youth organisations for children and young people. Through games, activities, badges, creativity, and shared experiences, they offer a fun and supportive space where young people can build confidence, friendships, and life skills while exploring faith in an age-appropriate way. We have spaces for girls aged 4+ and boys aged 5+.

Both groups are part of the life of the church and provide opportunities for children and young people to belong, grow, and be themselves in a safe, welcoming environment.

Holiday Club Crew - 11-25s

Every summer, alongside our Holiday Clubs, we run Crew — a programme for older children and young people who want to be part of the action and have space that’s just for them.

In the mornings, Crew members help support our primary-age Holiday Clubs across South Trafford, Sale, and Urmston — getting involved with games, crafts, drama, and all the joyful organised chaos that comes with them. It’s a chance to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and be part of something meaningful.

In the afternoons, Crew has its own programme of socials, activities, and trips: time to hang out, have fun, deepen friendships, and enjoy experiences designed especially for their age group. It’s a balance of giving back, growing together, and having a genuinely good summer.

Crew is open to everyone — you don’t need to be part of a church to join in — and we work hard to make sure it’s a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where young people feel valued and supported.
